Benjamin Haas s a consultant, evaluator and project manager working at the intersection of civic engagement, development cooperation, education and transnational exchange. He bridges academia and practice by combining conceptual and analytical depth with long-term field experience and policy-oriented advisory work.His work focuses on the role and positioning of civil society actors within changing political and institutional environments, including questions of governance, organisational development and strategic orientation.
